Thie behavior happens in our intel cluster.  Reproducer is 

1. Format a disk using Format Disk button
2. Now click OK on message dialog.  You will see progress bar now.
3. Now click Server Manager once again.
4. The refreshed page will show "Not Formatted".

This behavior let us restart a machine and do format once again.

Fix in the 3.0.4 repository.
Format will continue seamlessly.
