Currently, adding a server requires flipping back and forth between the console server and the server being added. We already require the server being added to have a head which makes the flipping unnecessary and a bit of inconvenience. During the install the main console just spins the hourglass so theres no real need to look at the main console except to confirm the "Add Server" page.

Suggestion is to move the "Add Server" page to the server being added so that status can be viewed from the UI on the server being added.
