Description Tal 2010-05-13 04:34:24 UTC
The following causes a "translator validation error":

volume depot_remote_b
    type protocol/client
    option transport-type tcp
    option remote-host depot_backup
    option transport.socket.nodelay on
    option transport.remote-port 6996
    option remote-subvolume depot_brick
end-volume

After much trial and error, I found that using a hostname without an underscore (depotbackup) works fine.

It would also be nice to have better error messages for such things!
