Have GlusterFS log Error/Critical/Warning level logs to syslog, through which admins can setup centralized logging, or manage their logging scripts as they manage other daemons.

Supporting this is 5 line fix in codebase, and IMO is a ideal solution for centralized logging. Patch to support this is available @ http://patches.gluster.com/patch/3380/

I will see if we can include this as the part of 'gluster volume log' feature.
