Setup - Distribute + Replicate

I downloaded the kernel source to my /tmp and compared the md5sum between the /tmp and the client. There was a mismatch. 

root@ip-10-202-199-95:/tmp# md5sum linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2 
091abeb4684ce03d1d936851618687b6  linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2
root@ip-10-202-199-95:/tmp# cp linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2 /mnt/client1/
root@ip-10-202-199-95:/tmp# md5sum /mnt/client1/linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2 
f672be896f44de2d03848a27184a779b  /mnt/client1/linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2


After that I compared the md5sum on the backend which was correct.

091abeb4684ce03d1d936851618687b6  /mnt/ext3/exports/linux-2.6.35.tar.bz2

This is a bug in the performance translators. Didn't occur without performance translators
