in a 4 dht cluster setup,executing remove-brick when client performing some operation, 
client#touch file{1..20000};
it says "touch: cannot touch `file19998': No such file or directory" errors for the complete operation.

We have already documented that, after remove-brick operation, user should rebalance the volumes.
