Added few bricks and started rebalance. status gave migrated files.
While trying to start again from same brick it failed as unsuccessful. But if add-brick command executed during it says appropriate message "Volume name qa43dht rebalance is in progress. Please retry after completion"

PATCH: http://patches.gluster.com/patch/5524 in master (Propogate rebalance already started error to cli)

tested with 3.1.1qa5  -fixed.
