before starting gsyncd,we need to set default log-file and log-level.

PATCH: http://patches.gluster.com/patch/7023 in master (mgmt/glusterd: fix up the buffer sizes to accomodate a correct estimate of sizes of the snprintf invocations, and errout if not feasible)
