PATCH: http://patches.gluster.com/patch/6940 in master (mgmt/glusterd: geo-rep config set/del restarts the geo-rep process so that it takes up the new configuration values)

tested 3.2.3 - added new config option (log-file) . gsyncd restarted & new log file is in use.
