Make mem_put only take the ptr to be freed.
This requires saving the mem_pool ptr in the headers.
This can prevent incorrect mem-pool ptr passed to mem-put.

CHANGE: http://review.gluster.com/205 (The header of the ptr returned from mem-pool will now store the) merged in master by Vijay Bellur (vijay)

This is related to source code enhancements and not exposed to user level functionality hence marking as verified
