Description of problem:

I've import an ami and when I attempt to launch it, the verification screen reported the image was not pushed to provider.

How reproducible:


Each of the time attempted.   So far have tried 4 different AMIs.


For sanity, confirmed that account was associated with us-east and the euca was pointed to the same account.

Also build, pushed and launched an instance without issue.
