Unfortunately you cannot merge accounts in Red Hat Bugzilla.

There are two ways you can achieve a similar result:

1) You can set up one account to 'watch' the other two accounts. You can set up watching in Red Hat Bugzilla under the Preferences -> E-mail preferences page.

2) You can add one account as a CC: to all bugs owned by the other two accounts. And then just use the one account to log in.

In both cases, you can configure Red Hat Bugzilla not to send e-mails to the other two accounts (also in the Preferences -> Email preferences page)

That statement is false since according to upstream you can...

"This script moves activity from one user account to another.
Specify the two accounts on the command line, e.g.:"

http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/3.0/html/api/contrib/merge-users.html

Thus you would merge those two as in..

johannbg --> johannbg and then johannbg --> johannbg

The other way would be delete johannbg and johannbg so I could change the email address of johannbg to johannbg

By the way what's the proper way for Fedora users to contact Bugzilla administrators to do various stuff like this since we dont run our own bugzilla instance thus we cant go our usual route of contacting the Fedora infrastructure guys ( they just redirect users to Red Hat ).

It's just a thing that needs to be document properly on wiki page somewhere...

Upstream may allow you to merge accounts. The Red Hat Bugzilla team do not allow you to. There are many reasons for this.

We do not delete accounts either. You could change the login name from johannbg to something else (e.g. johannbg+fedorabugs or johann.bg) and then do the above steps.

Either submitting bugs (like this one) or e-mailing bugzilla-owner are acceptable.
