Description of problem:
docbook2texi writes both, status messages and texi output to the standard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Process a docbook sgml file with docbook2texi
2.

Actual Results:  texi output appears on the standard output together with status
messages.

Expected Results:  texi output should be written to a file.
