Patch to add XPS support

Now that libgxps support is in Fedora it would be good to support viewing of XPS documents in evince.

The attached patch for the F16 package adds an evince-xps sub-package which provides the XPS backend.

Hi,

Matthias has enabled this in current rawhide (F17). It will be available there.
