The audrey-agent code is kicked off by rc.local.  So, if the system hasn't finished booting yet, it's extremely unlikely that the audrey-agent is causing the failed boot status.

Can you try launching a non-audrey enabled rhel6.2 guest?

Can you include the template and deployable XML files you used with this launch?

At this point, I'm reluctant to hand this off to RHEV until we can nail down more data points.

However, it might be worth asking someone from the RHEV team is there is additional (perhaps hypervisor-level) log information that can be gathered from RHEV.
