Description of problem:
after some usage of nautilus it eats more than 1.3 GB of memory.. valgrind and smaps outputs attached

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-2.28.4-18.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:

This looks suspiciously duplicate: bug 639732

seems to be a duplicate, the same suspend/resume cycles and approx the same amount of memory eaten.. will reopen if not fixed by the other fix

it may be caused by background rotation as well ;-)
