qemu is adding interfaces to allow the guest to be told to enter s4.  Libvirt should support those interfaces.

In the case of virt-manager we're not speaking about api but to change the implementation of suspend guest from live migration to file towards internal s4.

Dor's follow up of changing managedsave->s4 is unlikely to happen and I don't think is what users will ever want, so just closing this as WONTFIX.
