1. Allow for a new report in Inventory for Snapshots
2. Allow in Ad Hoc to create new report with Snapshots properties

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Predefine report that will display the Snapshots configuration
  Date of Creation, Date of Merge, Date of Deletion
  Description, Disks, Applications
3.display All Snapshots per VM/Cluster/DC
4.Filter by Date
5.Size of Snapshot
6.Index of snapshot - if more than one - also can differ by Creation date
7.Time it takes to make merge
  
Actual results:
No reports nor Ad Hoc for Snapshots

Expected results:
Should save data in rhevm_history
And allow manipulation via rhevm-reports
