Description of problem:
Display a report of Storage Domain Trends - I/O, Utilization % - Performance and
utilization of the Storage device
-allow in Ad Hoc
-Display Quotas

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
IC152, reports 3.0.1-7

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Collect info & details of the Storage Domain Trends
2.Display CPU,MEM,I/O etc..

Actual results:
No reports nor Ad Hoc for Storage domain Trends

Expected results:
Should save data in rhevm_history
And allow manipulation via rhevm-reports
