Steps to Reproduce:
1. Created a non-admin user (shveta) and logged in with that user
2. Go to "My account" and edit Userid of the user (shveta) to "admin" (which already exists)
3. UserID gets updated to admin

I can't replicate this on the development 'master' branch. Perhaps this
has been fixed already?

Took the latest nightly build. Looks like this is fixed.
Couldn't replicate .
