Description of problem:
"Edit User" page contains a "User Treatment" dropdown which should be removed, along with the occurrence of "Instances" to the right of the text input fields

"Edit User" page contains a "User Treatment" dropdown which should be removed, along with the occurrence of "Instances" to the right of the text input fields

Expected results:
Non-appearance of "User Treatment" dropdown and the occurrence of "Instances" to the right of the text input fields

"User Treatment" dropdown is now removed.
