Description of problem:
Selecting a system from the list and viewing any tab other than the default does not remain on refresh or link copy.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select System from left hand list on Systems page
2. Click on 'Subscription' tab
3. Refresh page
  
Actual results:
System is selected with panel open and Details tab selected.

Expected results:
The system is selected with panel open and Subscription tab selected.
