I let boinc run in background at all times, running only the climate prediction app. This alert was raised shortly after bringing the system out of 'suspend'. I ran the commands suggested by the SELinux alert message, to temporarily solve the problem.
I am backporting changes from F16. Fixed in selinux-policy-3.9.16-50.fc15
