Description of problem:
Would you possibly check content of the new msi package, please?

There are folders "~\bin\site-packages\qpid\tests\" and "~\bin\site-packages\qmf2-prototype\tests\" in the package. Is it all right?

This doesn't harm behaviour and would be distro'd with the version of qpid so I see no issue here.
