Upload button/browse button overlap

In the Red Hat Provider Details screen, the upload button overlaps with the "browse" button for the subscription manifest upload button. Screenshot attached.

Browser is Firefox 8

This is a tough one and depends primarily on your personal button arrangement.  I'll move it below the upload button to eliminate confusion.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
