Description Juergen Schraten 2011-12-16 07:26:27 UTC
Description of problem:
Every time I try to save attachments, evolution crashes. Occurs on i686 as well as on x86_64, occurs by using "save all" as well as by trying to select a single attachment and using "save as".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.fc16, evolution 3.2.2

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a message with attachments
2. Select option "save all"
3. Process /usr/bin/evolution was killed by singal 11 (SIGSEGV)

alternatively:
1. Select a message with attachments
2. Select the cross to view single attachments
3. Select a single attachment
4. Select option "save as" and choose a directory
5. Process /usr/bin/evolution was killed by singal 11 (SIGSEGV)

Actual results:
Evolution crashes immediately.

Expected results:
Saving attachment to disk.

Additional info:
The only way it doesn't occur is: Selecting a single attachment, open it with an appropriate application and save it from within this application.

Comment 1 Juergen Schraten 2011-12-18 10:34:07 UTC
Probably a kernel issue, solved with update to 3.1.5-6 on all my systems.
