This release includes lots of GNOME 3.x integration fixes¹ so an update would be very nice.

Yes,  I am aware.  I am the maintainer of Gnote in Fedora and reported the bug.  I will be pushing a update for Rawhide in a while.  If you want it for a prior release, ask.
