Description of problem:

The Add drift detection definition wizard displays the 'Finish' button enabled if user enters invalid drift definition name or keeps the field empty. The Finish button should be disabled till user enters a valid Drift Definition name.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Login to RHQ
- Navigate to Drift-Definitions tab of a resource (Ex: platform)
- Click on 'New' button.
- Click on 'Next' button on step1
- On step 2, keep the 'Drift Definition Name' field empty or enter invalid drift definition name.
- The 'Finish' button is enabled.
  
Actual results:

The Finish button is enabled if user enters invalid drift definition name.

Expected results:

The Finish button should be disabled till user enters a valid Drift Definition name.
