Description of problem:
when cloning a case using "Use the same Plan -- ..." the case will never be cloned.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.6.2 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some plan.
2. Execute Case->Clone
3. Pick up "Use the same Plan -- ..."
4. clone
  
Actual results:
Noting cloned

Expected results:
Case should be cloned

Additional info:
Work fine when I choose the same plan using the filter.

This bug can't reproduce in tcms 3.7.
Please verify in tcms 3.7.
