Description of Problem:

The network load monitor does not display outgoing traffic.

How Reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy a large file to another machine. The displayed network load remains low.
2. Copy the same file back, the network load is now 100%
3. 

Actual Results:

No load displayed for outgoing traffic.

Expected Results:

Also outgoing traffic should be displayed or contribute to the displayed load.
