Description of problem:
The 3 sampling Category-scripts for rhevm_history DB, should be redesigned
1. Create 1 scripts (bash/python or else) that executes the 
   The 3 sampling Category-scripts
2. The scripts should output results to an excel sheet with the correct headlines
  -ovirt-reports version + date (should be in the file's name)
  -Which Category function (count_em_all, SIZE-<VIEW>_configuration, 
   Duplicates-<VIEW>_configuration)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a setup with 1 Host, 1 VM with 1 NIC & 1 HD
2.Run the scripts
  
Actual results:
Each script of the above needs to be executed manually from within the pgadmin when opening sql script console

the data needs to be arranged in an appropriate excel sheet

Expected results:
Should have 1 scripts that executes all and reports to a correct results files
