Steps to Reproduce:

1.  install aeolus-all on fresh os
2.  login & click administer -> Environments
3.  click on new image
4.  upload a template file
5.  select 'make a deployable'
6.  save template
7.  save catalog entry (without selecting catalog)
  
Actual results:  Message displays : " Catalog entry added" 
where as no catalog entry is added.

when we create a deployable without selecting the catalog "Deployable was not created: No catalogs selected" is displayed.
