Description of problem:
admin-console.war/WEB-INF/classes/messages.properties contains
> product.name=JBoss SOA Admin Console
> default.windowTitle=JBoss SOA Admin Console

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ER1

Actual results:
admin console window title and welcome message refers to JBoss SOA, which is a different product

Expected results:
should be JBoss EAP Admin console as the container in standalone package is EAP

Verified. Now the title is "JBoss BRMS Admin Console".
