How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
   1: Plug DP to DVI Dual link dongle(0B51674) in OB DP. 
   2: Power on the system. 
      You can observe that there is no signal output via screen. 

Benchmark: 
   1: This symptom isn't observed with DP to DVI single dongle(LI PN:0B50757). 
   2: This symptom isn't observed on NVidia Q600 and ATI 5700 with DP to DVI dual link dongle plugged.
