Description of problem:
The overall performance of TCMS is simply not good enough. We are working mainly from the TLV office, but also from BRQ, and the application is slow to react. This is annoying and time-consuming. 
Detailed performance-analysis should be conducted, from backend to UI.

TCMS 3.6.3 was released on Jan 19th with a specific improvement on performance. Any changes you feel in ur side?

the performance is upgraded on 3.6.3, confirmed by other QE team. So close this bug. if it is still not acceptable, please re-open it.
