Following dependency is not completely present in EAP repository:

            <groupId>org.jboss.spec</groupId>
            <artifactId>jboss-javaee-6.0</artifactId>
            <version>3.0.0.Beta1-redhat-1</version>
            <type>pom</type>
            <scope>provided</scope>
        </dependency>
it contains reference on javax.activation:activation:1.1.1-redhat-1 which is present in EAP repository, however this dependency has parent org.glassfish.api:api:1-redhat-1 which is missing in the maven-repository file.

Parent should either be replaced with community version or productized version pushed into maven-repository zip.

I rebuilt glassfish-jaf with the parent of glassfish api removed, this should resolve this issue, please check again.
