Description of problem:
kdiff3 doesn't show icons in its toolbar unless oxygen-icon-theme is (manually) installed (since it is not automatically installed as a dependency)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdiff3-0.9.96-5.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum remove kdiff3  oxygen-icon-theme
2. yum install kdiff3
3. kdiff3
4. --> no icons shown since oxygen-icon-theme is not installed
  
Actual results:
no icons in toolbar

Expected results:
icons in toolbar

Additional info:
EASY FIX: just add oxygen-icon-theme as a dependency in the spec file and rebuild
