Description of problem: JON 2.4.2 Release Candidate #1 ... does not include  "jboss-el.jar" as used by SEAM

How reproducible:
100%

just got the code down, build it, started... and got this:

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jboss/el/util/ReflectionUtil

if not ... please close;  if yes, then please mark target release jon 2.4.2

not reproducible with the zipped ready-build binaries.
