Description of problem:
Control-center should require dasher since it is using it. But dasher is not in the RHEL repo.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run /usr/bin/gnome-at-mobility
2.

Actual results:
/usr/bin/gnome-at-mobility: line 60: dasher: command not found

Expected results:
Should work or gnome-at-mobility should be removed from rhel.

Not likely to add dasher without customer demand, so probably just remove gnome-at-mobility.
