How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a non admin user "akarol"
2.login as akarol and launch instances.i launched for mock provider.
3.login as admin and delete the user "akarol"
4.navigate to monitor page and wait for few sec.

deployments does not get listed.
it displays only global Uptime. see attached screenshot.
In screenshot if you see there are  13 deployments in default pool.
