Description of problem:
There are different results of registration between TUI and GUI variant of rhn_register command. The difference is in subcribed channels and entitlements.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yum-rhn-plugin-0.5.4-26.el5
rhn-client-tools-0.4.20-76.el5
OS: RHEL5.8-Server-20111221.3


How reproducible:
100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run rhn_register using GUI, and register a system into RHN
2. run rhn_register using TUI, and register a sytem into RHN
3. login to RHN web ui and you will see the difference between these two registrations 
  
Actual results:
subscribed channels and entitlements using both TUI and GUI variant differs
