Steps to Reproduce:
1.  overwrite install (database previously used for RHQ 4.3) 


  
Actual results:  database errors


Expected results:  successful install

fresh install from RHQ4.3 schema --- > JON 2.4.2 is not a supported upgrade path per bz triage mfoley/ccrouch
