Description of problem: The sql/ipplan-mysql.sql file used to create the mysql database schema has TYPE=INNODB throughout, but mysql 5.5.18 in F16 no longer accepts TYPE=, it only accepts ENGINE=. Suggest you modify sql/ipplan-mysql.sql accordingly.
