Description of problem:

TCMS sends an email notification to the manager + tester each time a new run was created.

i'd like to get an email notification (for the runs managed by me) each time a run was finished (status changed to finished)

the email should include the following:

[TCMS] run XXXX from plan 2286: Test run for [Networking] [Host Networking] on RHEVM-QA - was finished

Managed: yeylon.
Default tester: zfridler.
