Description of problem:
The doxygen-doxywizard package installs a GUI wizard which creates a Doxyfile, but that wizard does not show up in the Development menu (or any menu, even).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
doxygen-doxywizard-1.7.4-2.fc15

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install doxygen-doxywizard.
2. Look for it in the desktop's Development menu.
  
Actual results:
doxywizard is nowhere to be found.

Expected results:
doxywizard is in the Development menu.

Additional info:
I verified that the package does not install a .desktop file at all. A .desktop file should be added to make the wizard show up in the menu.

it's fixed in rawhide doxygen-1.7.6.1-3
