Description of problem:
Libvirt should support asynchronous jobs (JobInfo) in storage driver so mgmt applications know the progress of a volume operation and/or can cancel it. Something similar to virDomainJobInfo; 
The APIs can look like this:

      virStorageVolAbortJob(virStorageVolPtr vol);
      virStorageVolGetJobInfo(virStorageVolPtr vol,
                              virStorageVolJobInfoPtr info);
