Did not see this issue when run against RHEL-5.9

Description of problem:
Unexpected blank "" window pop-up when clicking on the top right of desktop "Invalid or Missing Entitlement Certificates' alert icon button.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into the box as non-root user
2. Open subscription Manager
3. Wait for the Info dialogue to disappear
4. Click on Info dialogu icon

Actual Result:
Info dialogue icon disappears. Control focused on subscription-manager. No Blank window appears (alert message)

Expected Result:
No blank window should appears (alert message).

Moving bug to verified state
