Description of problem:

Our user guide shows a sample rhc-create-domain command that should use '--config' rather than '-c' option.

"rhc-create-domain -c /new/path/openshift.conf -n ecs -l user@example" should be:
"rhc-create-domain --config /new/path/openshift.conf -n ecs -l user@example"
