The following links are broken from the main page (http://localhost:8080):
JBossESB Config Editor
JBossESB Service List (actually finds a page but throws up exceptions)

Missing:
- JBossESB Management & Monitoring console is missing, it should point to http://locahost:8080/jbossesb which is not deployed.
- JMX Web Console (http://localhost:8080/web-console/) is also missing

Note: this is from the installer, running the All profile/configuration.
