Date of First Response: 2007-11-19 10:36:01 project_key: SOA It is not possible to start-up ESB when the binding address is set. The ESB config files contains many references to hradcoded localhost (e.g. esb.juddi.xml) which causes that JNDI is not found an so forth.

If you want to be able to do this, at least until the last two property replacement tasks are complete, then enable the service binding manager. If the service binding manager is enabled then it will handle the property replacement instead of the ESB service classes.
